Mortgage/Loan Payment Calculator Template

This Google spreadsheet is great for the mortgage or loan planning process - it calculates a range of monthly payment amounts across a variety of Principal amounts and Interest Rates.

Here's how to use the template:

• The cells which are light green are those which should be entered/changed by you.
• Enter a starting Interest Rate and Interest Rate increment - this is what determines which interests rates show down the leftmost column of the matrix.
• Enter the Term of the loan (in years).
• Enter the Principal Amounts for which you want monthly payments to be calculated - at the top of each column in the matrix.
